Regis Philbin offered to join 'DWTS'

"Live with Regis and Kelly" host Regis Philbin, 79, announced that he has been invited to join the cast of "Dancing With the Stars". Philbin still hasn't decided whether he will take the offer, but he says the long hours of practice could be too much for him.
