Fiona Apple New Album

Fiona Apple New Album
Fiona Apple New Album - Fiona Apple releasing new album, Singer Fiona Apple, 34, is preparing to make a big music comeback. An "X Factor" judge announced on Twitter that the singer is set to release a new album this year. Apple hasn’t released any new music since 2005.

“Lots of good music coming from  Welcome back Fiona!” the veteran executive and X Factor judge tweeted. For confirmation, a follower asked for Fiona clarification to which Reid replied, “YES Fiona Apple!”
Since breaking out in 1997 with the ahead-of-its-time hit “Criminal,” which came complete with heroin-chic-flavored video (see below),
Apple has developed a devout cult following despite little output (her last album, 2005’s Extraordinary Machine, sold 500,000 copies but fizzled fairly quickly). Still, the singer made reference to having completed an album at a recent appearance at Los Angeles’ Largo, where she accompanied longtime producer and venue regular Jon Brion.

Reid revealed no further details in his Twitter feed, but we can can anticipate his future comments now: that it will be epic.

whitney port wardrobe malfunction

Whitney Port Wardrobe Malfunction: Star Loses Bikini Top in Florida
=
whitney port wardrobe malfunction - Whitney Port has near nip-slip, Former "The Hills" star Whitney Port, 26, almost lost her bikini top while on vacation. Port was apparently enjoying a swim when her bandeau top came undone.

However, the reality star's quick reflexes helped save her from revealing too much.
Reality star Whitney Port had an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in Florida. She lost her bikini top and nearly bared her breasts to the entire world. The 26-year-old was taking a dip in the pool with a mystery man when her top popped off. Could her dark-haired beau have been responsible for loosening the clasp? Perhaps, since the two could not keep their hands off each other.
Thankfully, the star was able to grab the cream lace bandeau bikini just before her entire boobs were revealed. The resulting pictures still show plenty, and they look surprisingly like the Golshifteh Farahani Nude Photos, which have caused such an uproar in Iran. Shortly after her near nip slip, The City star and her mystery beau took a taxi for a romantic dinner in Miami, Florida where she is vacationing.

Soon, the TV star will hit the silver screen in What to Expect When You're Expecting. Whitney Port stars in the movie along with big names like Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Lopez, Elizabeth Banks and even Cheryl Cole. Soon, her name is going to be much bigger in the U.S. This wardrobe malfunction likely did not hurt with the name recognition either.

kevin federline hospital

kevin federline hospital

Federline is in the country filming a reality show and started complaining of chest pains and a racing pulse during one of the challenges

He was given oxygen on the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital. A spokesperson for the Channel 9 show said; “Kevin was at Doonside with the Giants, completing an AFL-related challenge.”

“He did his challenge, which was running and catching the ball, then while his (in-series weight-loss partner) was taking the same challenge, he reported chest pains and a racing heart. Cynthia Nixon gay choice

Cynthia Nixon gay choice

Cynthia Nixon gay choice - Cynthia Nixon chose to be gay, "Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon, who came out in 2004, is drawing controversy for a speech in which she said being gay, for her, is a choice. Nixon, who has a son with partner Christine Marinoni, is promoting her return to Broadway.

Sex in the City star Cynthia Nixon has raised some eyebrows lately for her comments concerning her own homosexuality. Nixon came out as a lesbian in 2004. She has never apologized for being gay nor felt the need to explain herself, but recently she decided to tell the New York Times that being gay is a choice.
I gave a speech recently, an empowerment speech to a gay audience, and it included the line ‘I’ve been straight and I’ve been gay, and gay is better.’ And they tried to get me to change it, because they said it implies that homosexuality can be a choice. And for me, it is a choice. I understand that for many people it’s not, but for me it’s a choice, and you don’t get to define my gayness for me. A certain section of our community is very concerned that it not be seen as a choice, because if it’s a choice, then we could opt out. I say it doesn’t matter if we flew here or we swam here, it matters that we are here and we are one group and let us stop trying to make a litmus test for who is considered gay and who is not. Why can’t it be a choice? Why is that any less legitimate? It seems we’re just ceding this point to bigots who are demanding it, and I don’t think that they should define the terms of the debate. I also feel like people think I was walking around in a cloud and didn’t realize I was gay, which I find really offensive. I find it offensive to me, but I also find it offensive to all the men I’ve been out with.”
The interview was just recently published, but she has already come under attack from some gay activists. The activists claim that to call being gay a choice is too insinuate that they could easily choose to be straight which is a common belief among those who would deny gays equal rights.

John Aravosis, a blogger with America Blog slammed Nixon for the way in which she said that being gay was a choice. He said,

“It’s not a ‘choice,’ unless you consider my opting to date a guy with brown hair versus a guy with blonde hair a ‘choice,’” he writes. “It’s only a choice among flavors I already like… every religious right hatemonger is now going to quote this woman every single time they want to deny us our civil rights.”

Garth Brooks Lawsuit Hospital

Garth Brooks' Civil Trial Against Oklahoma Hospital Now Underway

Garth Brooks Lawsuit Hospital - Garth Brooks sues hospital over name, Country singer Garth Brooks already has several streets and a major landmark named after him in his hometown of Yukon, Okla, but Brooks says the local hospital backed out of a deal to name a new building after his mother, and now he’s suing the hospital.

Garth Brooks' civil lawsuit against Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in his hometown of Yukon, OK went to trial Tuesday in Rogers County, OK. According to the Tulsa World newspaper, Garth and his wife Trisha Yearwood were on hand for the trial's opening day.
Garth's lawsuit claims the hospital accepted a $500,000 donation from him with the understanding a new building at the hospital would be named for his late mother, Colleen Brooks. Her name was not attached to any of the building's the hospital built following his donation, so Garth asked for his money back in 2008. The hospital turned down his request, and Garth filed the suit in 2009.

In a statement from his publicist, Garth said, "I am stunned and hurt by the way this situation has been handled by the hospital." A lawyer for the hospital claims that Garth made an "anonymous and unconditional" donation to the hospital and only later put conditions on it. A spokesperson for the hospital said they are grateful for the donation, but they must make sure they follow the law in accepting gifts from donors.
