Former "Real Housewives of New York City" star Jill Zarin celebrated her wedding anniversary by flaunting a giant ring once owned by late actress Elizabeth Taylor . Zarin's  husband reportedly bought the ring for $19,000 at a recent auction . The aquamarine ring was designed by Zohrab Istanboulian.

 While in thevideo footage on TMZ, Jill says she and her husband "don't talk about money," the ring-designed by famed jeweler Zohrab Istanboulian-was reportedly purchased for $19,000.
